   MMMMkay. The only difference I see between the pic of the “finders” and the pic of the “looter” is skin color. troubling indeed.

   With 80% of the city under water….just where do the looters take their goods? They are stealing big TV’s….. Where does a looter take stolen TV’s in a city submerged?
