good lord! stop the presses!
a day or two ago, i saw a typo in a promo piece for our local fox affiliate that actually made me yell at the TV — a reference to “what use to be on your nightstand.” drrrrrrrrrr!
and since when does the word “smooth” have an “e” at the end? i’m seeing this usage everywhere in cosmetics literature and packaging. did i miss a memo?

That reminds me of the signs I sometimes see on windows at dry cleaning businesses: “Clothes Cleaned On Premise”
